How long will my order take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive after processing.
Do you offer local pickup?
All online orders are shipped. Local pickup is only available when booking a hair-included appointment with JRose. Add in notes full name d, date and time of your appointment.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Hair must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging to be eligible for review. After the 4-day period, all sales are considered final.

How should I care for my extensions?
Use moisturizing products, minimize excessive heat, detangle gently, and protect your extensions at night to maintain their quality and longevity.
